Bottling of the l'opportun cuvée

The 2023 vintage is light, with excellent fruit and pretty colours. The "l'opportun" cuvée, for this vintage, is a surprise. This cuvée was created with the aim of having a "light" alcohol content and an aromatic profile that blends tradition and innovation. As a result, it is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with different vinification protocols and ageing in underground vats and wood.
