Our expertise: Balance

Balance" is the term we use for our flagship cuvée at Château la Piolette. It symbolises our expertise in growing grapes in the best possible way, with the aim of providing our customers with the best possible wines.

In every decision we make during the vine's growing cycle, we always take into account the balance between environmental impact, impact on aromatic quality and cost. What's more, to create this balance in the cellar, our vat room allows us to work on a parcel-by-parcel basis, to ensure that each wine in our range has its own identity and character.
